The local government has asked you to refurbish a street in their famed city. Use your creativity to amaze both tourists and locals with your masterpiece of design!

Assemble buildings of matching colors and gather matching icons from the available cards in the central tableau, using scaffolds if needed as they are being built toattract tourists and locals to them andscore Victory Points. Harmony and set collection will be key to your success!
