Trade-Ins and Conditioning
Trade-In Programs offer a great way to turn unwanted or un-needed games and singles into new items!
We offer trade-ins on board games and on TCG singles for most current card games. All trade-ins require that the owner is 18 or older, presenting ID and owner must have a customer account with email and phone number provided. All trades final and issued as store credit only. Authorized Trade-In Manager must be on duty. We recommend calling ahead to verify accessibility. Trade-Ins are only accepted for In-Store transactions at this time. Shipments are not permitted.
Board Games:
- Must be complete and in playable condition with original box.
- Games in shrink wrap will be opened for verification purposes and still traded as "preowned".
- Trade in value around 50% of replacement value which includes market value for Out-Of-Print/Out-Of-Stock items or 50% of replacement value for In-Print or In-Stock items. Price and acceptance is at the discretion of the manager on duty and subject to conditioning and demand.
TCG Singles:
- Must be in playable condition (Heavily Played or higher). See conditioning guide below for guidelines.
- Must be $5 or higher in market value.
- 15 cards or less for immediate review.
- Must be from a current card game. No defunct card games accepted.
- Bulk, graded and cash considerations are extremely restricted and require approval and acceptance from owners.
- Trade in value varies around 50%-55% of market value, degrading about 10% per reduced condition from NM. Price and acceptance is at the discretion of the manager on duty and subject to conditioning and demand.
- Restrictions: No damaged cards, proxies/fakes or FNM,OTS,Play! or other pack promos accepted. No trade-ins within first two weeks of product release.
- Fraudulent cards or proxies are a serious issue and those that are brought in will be flagged on the customer account, restricting or prohibiting future trade-ins indefinitely.
