Dragon's Den Reservation - Weekday $40

Reserve the Dragon's Den for any party get-together Mon-Thursday for up to 6 hours and 16 people!

The moody vibe provides an ambient experience and inspiration for exciting TTRPGs and story time! 

Enjoy access to the full game library and bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Terms and Conditions: 

Reservations must be secured 48 hours prior to the event.  In the event that a duplication occurs, By The Board Games & Entertainment will provide the space to the first paid reservation. The conflicting reservation may reschedule, cancel or choose the waitlist.   

Cancellations must be declared at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.  Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation will receive a 75% refund. 

No-show cancellations are not eligible for a refund. 

Cancellation notices may be called in at (219) 576-7892 or message us on Facebook or through this product page.  Provide the order number associated with the reservation.

All assets and property of By The Board Games & Entertainment must be returned to its original and proper condition - including but not limited to library games, chairs, tables, lamps, fans, display items and borrowed utensils.  Any spills or damages must be reported immediately to staff. 

All House Rules must be followed. 

Attendees may bring their own decorations and supplies in accordance with House Rules, food and non-alcoholic beverages.

All decorations and attendee private property must be removed by the end of the event. Perishable items left behind will be disposed of by the end of business. Lost or forgotten attendee property that is found will be held for 7 days after the event.  After 7 days, attendee property will be disposed.  

Attendees may close the double doors for private events, however the Enter/Exit door to the sidewalk must remain accessible and clear for disabled access.

Attendees may set up as soon as business opens and must be cleaned out at least half an hour before close of business. Addition time will be billed at $5 per half an hour over for delay of staff resources.
